Urine and blood confirmation
A clinic urine pregnancy test is often the first step after a home kit. When timing is early or the result is unclear, blood β-hCG can help clarify — ask the doctor which test fits your dates and symptoms.
Bring MyKad and note your last menstrual period if known. Morning visits work well if you may also need fasting bloods for other reasons the same day.
Results counselling matters: a positive test starts antenatal planning; a negative test with ongoing symptoms may need a repeat or further review rather than a single dismissive answer.
