Yes, Klinik Muhibbah is a registered FOMEMA centre. Our principal doctor, Dr. Prabagaran, is OHD (NIOSH) certified. FOMEMA medical examination costs RM 200 and includes all required tests (blood, urine, X-Ray) with digital submission.
Does Klinik Muhibbah have ultrasound?▼
Yes, we have a 4D ultrasound machine for pregnancy scans and abdominal imaging. 4D ultrasound costs RM 61. Walk-ins are welcome, but calling ahead to confirm availability is recommended for ultrasound appointments.

FOMEMA medical examination costs RM 200 at Klinik Muhibbah. This includes all required tests — physical examination, blood tests (VDRL, HIV), urine drug screening, chest X-Ray, and digital submission to the FOMEMA portal.
How much is an ECG test?▼
ECG heart test costs RM 35 with immediate results. It is a quick, painless test that takes about 10 minutes.
How much is 4D ultrasound?▼
4D ultrasound costs RM 61. This includes the scan and interpretation by the doctor.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?▼
Fasting for 10-12 hours is required for fasting blood glucose and lipid profile tests. Water is allowed during fasting. Other tests like FBC, thyroid, dengue, and cancer markers do not require fasting.
How long do blood test results take?▼
Basic tests (FBC, glucose) are usually available the same day or next working day. Specialised tests (cancer markers, hormones, thyroid) typically take 1-3 working days. We will contact you when results are ready.
Can I get a dengue test at Klinik Muhibbah?▼
Yes, we offer the Dengue NS1 Antigen rapid test for RM 45. Results are available in 15 minutes. This test is most accurate within the first 5 days of fever onset.
Does Klinik Muhibbah do cancer screening?▼
Yes, we offer cancer marker blood tests including PSA (prostate), CEA (colon), AFP (liver), and CA-125 (ovarian). These screening tests start from RM 42 each and help detect cancer at an early stage.
