Pre-employment is not one universal package. Some employers want only a basic clinical exam and urine drug screen; others require chest X-ray, full blood count, hepatitis markers, ECG or audiometry. Bring the checklist HR gave you.

Allow roughly 45–60 minutes when imaging and bloods are included. Fasting may be needed for glucose/lipids — ask when booking.

Results that are available the same visit are explained before you leave; some specialised markers take longer and can be collected later or emailed to HR with your consent.

When the role is safety-critical or the principal contractor demands OHD sign-off, Dr Prabagaran (OHD NIOSH, MMC 63651) can certify within scope. Say this at booking so you are not slotted as a generic walk-in consult.

Foreign workers who actually need FOMEMA should book the FOMEMA pathway rather than a local pre-employment template — the paperwork differs.

Vocational driving licence medicals (GDL/PSV pathways via JPJ requirements) are a separate item; tell us if that is what you need.
