Employer or policy details on your first visit: you may need to provide your company name, employee ID, or policy number. 4. Medication list: if you take regular prescription medication, bring a list or previous prescription. Arriving at the clinic: inform the receptionist that you are a panel patient and which insurer or MCO you are using. The clinic will verify your eligibility via an online portal before the consultation. This confirms you are within your annual benefit limit and that your employment is still active. If verification fails: common reasons include exhausted annual benefit limit, lapsed policy, incorrect details, or a system delay. In this case you will need to pay and claim reimbursement later.
