How do I book a teleconsultation with Klinik Muhibbah?▼

Go to movo-x.com/kiosk/muhibbah, select a teleconsultation slot, enter your details, and confirm your booking. You will receive a link to join the video call at your scheduled time. The online consultation fee is RM30, prepaid through MOVO-X. Medicines, delivery and tests are separate.

What conditions can be managed via teleconsultation?▼

Suitable follow-ups, test-result discussions, medication questions and some minor symptoms may be assessed remotely. The doctor may recommend an examination or tests if the information is insufficient. Severe symptoms, procedures and physical assessments require in-person care.

Is teleconsultation with Klinik Muhibbah recognised and legal in Malaysia?▼

Yes, teleconsultation is fully recognised under the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) Telemedicine guidelines and the Telemedicine Act 1997. Our doctors are registered with MMC and fully authorised to conduct video consultations and issue e-prescriptions. Prescriptions can be fulfilled at participating pharmacies or we can arrange medication delivery where available.
