How to Get Your Online MC Through MOVO-X
The process is simple. Book a teleconsultation at movo-x.com/kiosk/muhibbah and mention in your pre-consultation questionnaire that you require an MC. During the video consultation, describe your symptoms thoroughly and honestly. The doctor will assess your condition and determine the appropriate number of MC days based on clinical findings. Your digital MC is issued immediately after the consultation and sent to your registered email and MOVO-X account. The MC includes your name, NRIC, diagnosis, number of days, and the doctor MMC number and signature. Forward the MC to your employer by email or show it digitally — most Malaysian employers accept digital MCs.

MC Duration and Employer Requirements
MC duration is determined by the doctor based on clinical severity, not patient request. Typical MC durations: common cold without complications — 1 to 2 days. Moderate respiratory infection — 2 to 3 days. Gastroenteritis — 1 to 2 days. Migraine — 1 day. Some employers have internal policies about MC verification or require MCs from specific clinic panels. Ethics of Online Medical Certificates
