Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a full body screening and a basic health check?
A basic health check covers blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney, and liver. A full body screening adds cancer markers, thyroid, ECG, abdominal ultrasound, and a written health report — giving a much more complete picture of your overall health. It is the recommended standard for anyone aged 30 and above.
How often should I get a full body health screening?
Annual full body screening is recommended for adults over 40, or over 30 if you have risk factors such as family history of cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. The results provide a baseline for comparison in future screenings and help detect changes early.
Is full body health screening available for women at Klinik Muhibbah?
Yes, our full body screening is fully gender-appropriate. Women receive CA-125 (ovarian cancer marker) and CA 15-3 (breast cancer marker) instead of PSA. Pap smear and mammography referral can also be arranged as add-ons. Please call for current package pricing.
